IXTENT completed implementation of a solution named Projektová kancelář (Project Office) in ČD – Telematika a.s. The aim was to create a dynamic directory structure that would enable sorting of documents into directories by document types and their time relevance.
ČD – Telematika a.s. is a leading provider of wholesale internet, data, and voice services and service provider in the field of management, maintenance, and construction of fiber optic infrastructure. Its portfolio comprises value added services, for example the contact center, system integration, diagnostics, data analysis, or cyber-security. The “Project Office” solution is intended for semi-automated projects administration in SharePoint environment. The projects are administered using project related / design documentation which is manually uploaded into the system by users or automatically created by the system.
The project office offers:
- the ability to automatically create documents for repeating events (status meetings),
- division of projects into individual phases and a quick overview of all projects from the perspective of completed, i.e., already processed documents.
The system is based on a dynamic directory structure that changes according to the status of individual projects. Each authorized person within the company can thus see the status of individual projects.
