IXTENT Q-HUB
Everybody knows digital documents today. But how to work with them correctly, efficiently and in conformity with the current legislation? The IXTENT Q-HUB solution allows you to have full control over your digital documents inside your company systems where you normally work. It can work with robust systems from OpenText, as well as with cloud-based solutions from Microsoft O365. To apply a digital signature, the document does not need to leave the company infrastructure (wherever it is located) and you do not have to use any additional applications or interfaces.
IXTENT Q-HUB covers the needs of the entire organization – from signatures of important documents by managers, where qualified certificates are desirable, to signatures in the course of routine operations, where a lower form or strength of electronic signature is appropriate.
So why not do away with paper for good when a professional high-end solution is within reach?
Product description
- Q-HUB is IXTENT’s software that provides communication between your document management system (DMS) and various certification authorities, all in accordance with the eIDAS European legislation.
- This tool enables electronic sealing (signature by a firm), signing (signature by a person) and time stampswith the highest possible qualification, even remotely.
- In addition to signing documents, Q-HUB also automatically verifies incoming documents. This gives you confidence that electronic signatures and seals remain valid and secure in the long term. Moreover, the entire communication between Q-HUB and the certification authorities is secure and reliable.
Function
- Q-HUB is designed to support all company systems that work with documents requiring a qualified signature, time stamp, or seal. It automatically redirects signature requests to the appropriate certification authorities that provide these services remotely.
- In addition to certification authorities, it is also possible to use bank identity(BI) authentication services.
- Q-HUB also actively monitors the status of signature requests. This not only allows you to sign the documents, but also to verify that the signatures have been completed correctly and are valid.
Main benefits
- No new hardware: You no longer need to own any special electronic signature device. Everything is handled remotely via certification authorities and a mobile app.
- Save time and money: There is no need to invest in renewing certifications and hardware. You get the certificate for free and only pay for the transactions you make or the volume of documents you sign.
- Automatic certificate exchange: Signature certificates are updated automatically. For personal qualified certificates, the user is alerted to the need for renewal, which can be easily resolved with a few clicks in the mobile app.
- Efficient paperless processes: Implementing digital processes will allow you to be faster and more efficient.
