IXTENT has defended its partnership with OpenText in the RESELLER and SUPPORT categories for the Czech and Slovak Republics.

IXTENT has been an OpenText partner since 2004, and in the past four years has retained its strong position as a partner operating in the CEE region with overlap into the DACH region.

Partnership concerns the following areas: Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management and Customer Experience Management.

“Silver partner” status is ideal for partners who actively sell OpenText solutions. It is typically for larger companies able to serve clients on a national or global scale. This level of partnership implies increased support from OpenText in exchange for a strong commitment to cooperation in many common areas.

What does Reseller certification allow IXTENT? The Reseller program is designed to allow partners to market and sell OpenText ™ products and solutions, including marketing, sales and technical support from the software manufacturer. On the contrary, partners are required to achieve yearly volumes in license sales, participate in joint marketing events and undergo technical and product training.

The Support Partner program is designed for selected OpenText partners, who are capable of providing support to end users of the system and simultaneously fulfil the following criteria:

  • presence in a region where OpenText support is not represented,
  • language skills which OpenText does not offer,
  • offers a strategic advantage for OpenText,
  • engages in an “independent software seller” relationship with OpenText,
  • agrees to the conditions of end user support, which OpenText cannot take over directly.
