Penta – a Czech-Slovak Private Equity group has chosen IXTENT – leading supplier of ECM solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. The cooperation concerns support of Penta’s Front Office project in the area of documents and data management.
In accordance with its development strategy, Penta Investments has decided to support the internal processes in the area of Front Office by an Enterprise Content Management based IT solution. The key requirements for the solution were; compliance with pan-European scope of Penta Investments, high added value for the management (including knowledge mining), and last but not least the partner’s experience. During the tender, Penta decided to cooperate with IXTENT who established its solution on the world renowned Livelink ECM products, supplied by the Canadian corporation Open Text. The solution, which will be based on the Livelink ECM – Enterprise Server, will support a centralized project approach of the Front Office in close integration to modern Knowledge Management tools. The solution concept comprises integration into the existing environment and harmonization with security and information strategies of Penta Investments.
