One of the ways to continuously achieve this goal is to stipulate demanding criteria for our employees in the area of technical and “soft” skills. Therefore, we recently implemented a 4-5 level classification of employee seniority, which helps quickly identify the technical background and experience of our consultants, developers and project managers – not only for us, but also for our customers. Not least, it is an instrument to motivate employees towards further career growth and keep them consistently happy with us. Our experts’ seniority level can be found in their e-mail signature or CV.
