Gartner Magic Quadrant study names Microsoft the 2021 Leader for Content Services Platforms

For the fifth consecutive year, Gartner® has recognized Microsoft as a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Content Services Platforms for 2021.

Microsoft ranked highest in the performance evaluation.

In its study, Gartner lists the basic, optional and essential features of content services platforms.

After detailing the core functions, Gartner goes on to state that “Of these core functions, the last one – PaaS/SaaS deployments – has seen the greatest increase in importance over the past few years.”
