IXTENT and ReadSoft Have Supplied a Document Automation Solution for Sauer-Danfoss

Prague November 9th, 2007 – A leading manufacturer of hydraulic systems and components, Sauer-Danfoss Inc., has chosen IXTENT® and ReadSoft as the automated invoice processing solution supplier for its newly established financial services centre.

Sauer-Danfoss Inc., a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of engineered hydraulic, electric and electronic systems and components, for use primarily in applications of mobile equipment with approximately 9,000 employees worldwide and revenues of more than $1.7 billion and with sales, manufacturing, and engineering capabilities in Europe, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region, has decided to centralize the invoicing administration for its European operations at its subsidiary, Sauer-Danfoss a.s., located in the Slovak Republic.

The invoice processing automation solution for the new financial service center has been supplied by IXTENT Slovakia s.r.o. – a subsidiary of specialized ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions supplier, company IXTENT, in cooperation with ReadSoft AB, a world leading supplier of software for document automation.

The supplied solution automates the procedure of reception, mining, and subsequent processing of supplier invoices from all over Europe, including their safe archiving. The solution supplied by IXTENT and ReadSoft has enabled complete solution implementation from analysis to product customization, linking to other financial documents processing within ERP system (SAP), supply of selected hardware components, up to the local support. The project has also comprised migration to the new archiving system. Sauer-Danfoss a.s. thus considerably strengthened the prerequisites for optimal financial management.
