  Web Content Management System

  Static intranet web pages and an outdated system at Prazska plynarenska a.s., a large gas distributor in the Czech Republic, were resulting in rising end-user dissatisfaction and technical difficulties. Livelink ECM WCM Server, an ECM solution form Open Text™, proved not only to solve these problems, but also to enable the realization of the company goals in information sphere. Publishing of intranet content is now a simple exercise, and any content changes are reflected in real time.

  Project for ŠKODA AUTO SAP Group Competence Center

  As a part of the SAP GCC team at ŠKODA AUTO a.s., we helped the customer to improve the quality of services, achieve greater transparency, and stabilize individual solutions based on OpenText technologies. The SAP GCC archiving team together with IXTENT have gradually developed additional archiving environments that are primarily intended for all members of the VW Group. IXTENT helps ŠKODA to operate 4 productive archiving environments in 24/7 mode.

  Application for Internal Control Documentation Management

  We implemented a project for the Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. - ZSE Group of Companies to provide a single IT system for creating and recording documents, managing the process of commenting on internal management regulations and subsequent publication of the document and notification of the new regulation to selected users. We designed and provided a solution to leverage the existing OpenText eCM platform by adding a workflow. This created a single system for the preparation, management, publication and archiving of internal regulations.

  Digitization of the paper archive at Voith

  More than 300,000 documents were transferred to the OpenText Content Server, both newly scanned and scanned over the last 20 years by different scanning providers or in-house, with different styles of file and folder names. Last but not least, the documents and data on the Content Server are consistent with the still active SQL-Database, which has remained operational for combined and license-free searches of scanned and unscanned folders and their contents.
