Trademark
The Industry Ownership Office of the Czech Republic registered the trademark of the IXTENT s.r.o. company to its list of protected trademarks according to Act 441/2003 Coll. This step allowed the company the exclusive right to use the trademarks and names it does in connection with its products and services, and to use the symbol ® along with its trademark.
In 2010, the validity of the trademark extended to the territory of all member states of the European Union.
The IXTENT s.r.o trademark refers to all equipment for the processing of information, automatic processing of data, processes in the sphere of commerce, administration of computer data, computers, software, electronic, computer, informational, and management systems, data carriers in electronic form, and audiovisual magnetic recordings in standard or electronic form, equipment in information technology falling into this group, equipment for recording, transfer and reproduction of sound or pictures, equipment having to do with telecommunications technology, batteries, electronic parts of all types falling into this area, electrical cables and wires, etc.
