History
IXTENT was established in June of 2003 as the result of the long-term strategic vision of the company IXOS AG, with the goal being to improve access to customers, focus on services provided, and clearly separate from the activities of IXOS. IXTENT draws on the 15-year experience of its mother company IXOS AG and on the worldwide nine-year experience of IXOS SOFTWARE s.r.o. on the markets of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
IXTENT s.r.o. is expanding fast to central and eastern European markets. For this reason, in December of 2004, a daughter company, IXTENT Slovakia s.r.o, was established. With this step, IXTENT:
- moved closer to current Slovak customers increased its flexibility
- is in much closer contact with potential customers for further development of commercial activities.
