IXTENT and OpenText were partners of SAP FORUM 2017 conference which took place in Prague-Karlín on May 31, 2017. The conference offered a number of interesting presentations and panel discussions as well as space for direct contact of all participants. Similarly to previous years, the agenda included DEMO JAM in which selected IT companies were able to present their projects relating to SAP platform within 5 minutes.
The conference, which was moderated by Libor Bouček, was opened by introduction by Roman Knap, CEO of SAP ČR, at 1 p.m. After that, Karel Janeček, visionary and mathematician, presented his interesting lecture named HUMAN 21. Mr. Martin Wezowský, SAP Innovation Director, presented the future of SAP and Prof. Ing. Vladimír Mařík, DrSc. from the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics, and Cybernetics of the Czech Technical University spoke about the perspective of artificial intelligence and robotics. The agenda continued with “Tomorrow is Already Here” panel discussion. After a short break, the agenda followed with DEMO Jam contest which was open only to selected partners and their projects relating to SAP products. Each partner had five minutes to present their project on the stage.
IXTENT’s funny scene named “Throw yourselves into beautiful HANA’s arms” offered an opportunity for simplifying and reducing the costs of migration to SAP S/4HANA which is the step each company will have to take one day. The scene was successful and the audience applauded.
Only Miro Žbirka, singer, and Jelen band who took care of the cultural end of the evening received a bigger applause.
IXTENT’s representatives used this conference to meet their clients and partners. The discussed topics included companies' necessary migration to SAP S/4HANA and the easiest solutions for this step. If you want to know more about the options for easier and cheaper migration to SAP S/4HANA, feel free to contact us.
